Step 1. Lets get the junk out!

Weightloss is more than just the numbers on the scale moving! Let's start by cleaning out the build-up. Today I dare you to clean out just one closet, that kitchen pantry.  I want you to organize too.  You have to see where we've been to see were we are going! First let's start with expiration dates. Get rid of anything old or any junk that will be expiring soon.  I got rid of old cans of soup, chef boyardee, mustard,ketchup ect.  I  need that space for the good stuff!
