1st day of forever!

Let's look at today as the first day of the rest of your life. It's time to take control over somethings we can change. One thing I need to change is weight. I am overweight and the middle age spread is spreading. Over the next seven days I will be giving out some tips to get me and YOU (if you want) back on track!

Ive noticed that once I became overweight my total organization skills had gone too. In order to be productive we've got to start with our environment.


  1. I want to loose weight too. I never thought about how disorganization plays a role. Looking forward to hearing more. I just moved and I'm slowly organizing. It will be interesting to see if my eating and fitness habits change.
