Fightin Friday!

Yes, there was a fight today at work. When they charged at each other I wanted to yell "o-lay". I've never seen grown women fighting in the workplace like two raging bulls. I took this personal. Why? Because I hired one after she forget the interview the first time and I helped the other keep her job during a tough time. There was all my hard work down the drain. Of course the fight started during  a staff breakfast.......

What really happen????? The two ladies are fighting over a male co-worker. Yes, you read correctly a MAN. But what really gets me, is that about 8 other people got involved and may lose their jobs.......

The gangs of workplace 2012

After our lunch the other day I felt tension between a few of the employees. The HEAT is on!

The office is now broken into two gangs, the ringer slingers and the lonely losers. Hey, I didn't make up the names I just over heard one of the employees taking bets on which group with blow a fuse first. At first I was going to ignore it. But today was the boiling point.....

Let's call her Mae, she became angry with me  personally. Why? Because I made her feel like an old-maid. Now how I did that is still a blurr to me. I didn't know her during her prime years when she could have gotten a date! And if I did she still wouldn't have been my type.

 Mae casually asked for a group coffee/chat but this time she came with ammunition. She asked everyone questions about their marriage and current lovers.  It became uncomfortable with some of the probing.  Finally, she called Lynda a baby mama,Sheila a high paid married hoe and Rasheed a deadbeat dad.  After everyone was stunned for 30 seconds, the gangs began to get up and into each others faces. Mae must have discussed her intentions because the room was clearly divided.

Today was the first time in work history that security had to be called. It was close to 4pm so everyone  was let go early to cool off . Security escorted one person at a time to make sure no fighting occured in the office park.

Mae is not my direct report and her boss was upset that an innocent coffee chat turned so ugly. A few of my employees are nervous and frighten for the safety of the office.

What should be done if anything? How would you handle lunches and coffee breaks from now on?

I hope I don't offend......Fairytale village!

Here goes.....
Today I met with a few co-workers for lunch and we speak candid to each other. So I asked "why aren't any of you ladies married?" It's something I wondered for a long time. The all appear nice,kind,well groomed and educated. One  lady that is 49, no kids, never married and not currently dating  said she would bite. She answered there aren't any good men. I looked with disgust because "i'm a good man". Now let me get back on track and back to the issue at hand.

What is a good man? I find it hard to believe in the past i'll say 30 years she's never met any good available man, not one! I'll bet she has.... But the old saying comes to mind beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And pick your poison. Once I remember a date told me that she likes me but didn't like my  dreadlocs and to cut them asap or it was over. I told  her "no, I refuse. But good we stop seeing each other because I couldn't stand another day of smelling your stank jeri curl juice." LOL But the point is that a physical, cosmetic has changed but character and personality is still good and the same.

The older we get sometimes the more unreasonable requests we demand without even batting an eye.  After a few more questions all of the ladies began commenting on what they thought the perfect mate should be. I am shocked that women who have  advanced degrees,traveled, changed states, and experienced life are still hoping for a fairytale life.

Now people share with me what advice would you give a person who is still hoping for a knight in shining amour at 50 years old! I had no idea what to tell these ladies......
Have you passed on a great person to grow with looking for a fairytale?????

Home sweet home.....

It's been over a week since my family was displaced. There is nothing like sleeping in your own bed and the scent of your own sheets.

So during my time away i've been asked by my job to transfer south west. I have a few months to take the offer. I was working from my secret spot and it gave me clarity.

The BOMB!

I just couldn't get any rest this past week. I was tired,hot, hungry and restless all week. My body said at 2pm on Friday it's time to rest, so I left work early and decided to catch some well needed sleep. NOT! I arrived home to find a huge box on the porch along with a ticking sound. I called mama but she wasn't in the house. I knew my girls weren't home so they weren't in harms way. So here we go again........

I called the detective he answered and requested the drill. I immediately called back mama and told her  not to come until the coast was clear.

Umm it's Sunday and we are still in a hotel........

This time there was a live bomb. My neighbors had to be evacuated as well.

Step2:Clean Sweep

Tonight I picked up my youngest from dance practice and she gave me such a look that I became nervous. I asked her what is going on? She replied "Dad, you've lost all your power!". And you know what she is correct. I've lost will power. 

Well it's been almost a month and I'm still organizing and cleaning. I've actually loss weight without the focus of a diet. Why? No time to nibble or snack. I believe my environment was holding me back. Why do we call it clean eating? Let's think about why. Have you ever noticed that a clean environment produces such positive results. Hence, clean eating.


I am re-claiming my power back.... I'll post over the next few weeks how I will win the battle!

The flowers in the kitchen....

Just when I thought things were calm and back to normal...... She returned with foolishness and flowers.
Once I arrived home I had a strange feeling as I approached my home. I just knew something was wrong. Mama rushed me grinning ear to ear. She was so happy to have new flowers after the kitchen fire or fire bombing should I say.

My mother not being sharp on the game felt compelled to let the delivery guy in the house to set down the flowers.  Oh sure,he claimed they were too heavy for her to carry inside or even set- up. So his smile,good looks and good scent got the best of mama!  She fell for it. And to think after all the years she schooled me about the charms of people...HUMPH!

After two cocktails clarity came...LOL I looked at one flower and knew it just didn't look right. Well it had a wire tap in it. I went outside and down the street , I called the detective that I've been assigned.He told all of us to leave out as normal. About fifteen mins later a squad came to check the house and carefully removed the booby-trapped flowers...... 

I wont know anything for about a week. UGH!

Step 1. Lets get the junk out!

Weightloss is more than just the numbers on the scale moving! Let's start by cleaning out the build-up. Today I dare you to clean out just one closet, that kitchen pantry.  I want you to organize too.  You have to see where we've been to see were we are going! First let's start with expiration dates. Get rid of anything old or any junk that will be expiring soon.  I got rid of old cans of soup, chef boyardee, mustard,ketchup ect.  I  need that space for the good stuff!

1st day of forever!

Let's look at today as the first day of the rest of your life. It's time to take control over somethings we can change. One thing I need to change is weight. I am overweight and the middle age spread is spreading. Over the next seven days I will be giving out some tips to get me and YOU (if you want) back on track!

Ive noticed that once I became overweight my total organization skills had gone too. In order to be productive we've got to start with our environment.

She is not WINNING!

Please explain why people assist those that aren't doing good deeds.... At fifty years old you know better than to help! Last evening as I sat the trash out I saw an older woman walking toward my home, of course I payed no attention. Maybe I should have.

That older woman was going through my TRASH after I had gone in.... My neighbor yelled at her to stop. She didn't flinch. My good neighbor called me and then the police. As I rushed back down the stairs she began spraying an unknown substance around my  front door and windows. We still don't know exactly what it was.

 No sooner than she turned to dump more trash on the street a police siren was heard in the distance. So then she began putting the bags of STINK trash in her car. What is she looking for? We still don't know..... Oh yea, I recycle so it shouldn't be cans!

I felt helpless and like a punk. I'm too manly to get punked! Bling! Light bulb. So I just ran to my back door to get out the house and around to the front. Once she saw me she began shouting something in alien talk and then drove off.

She was long gone once the police arrived, the sirens we heard went right past my home to a robbery in progress. But I was being robbed too, kinda LOL.
When the did police arrived I had the tag number written down and all the details I could remember.

Again, another police report to log.

My stalker is getting outrageous. My trash isn't even safe!

Tonight a young man rang my doorbell to see if I needed help with lawn care.  He pushes a napkin in my hand. I told him No, thanks. I have that napkin outside to see if it was laced with gasoline or some explosive. LOL. I dunno my stalker has me thinking a little off the wall sometimes.

 The young man then proceeds to explain why his service would win me an award with HOA. Umm, we don't have HOA on a city block! Duh. With each word he would try to peek inside the door and even touching the door trying to push it back. I had to become firm and slam the door in his face. I watched out of the window to see if he would go to another home on the block. No, he didn't. He drove off rather loudly in a raggedy pick up truck while leaving his unpleasant scent.  Oh yea, of course I captured  his face and the tag on my hidden camera.......

FYI:There is no company listed by the name he had handwritten on a napkin.

Tight skirt.... ummm it didn't work......

Today at lunch I went to my favorite hole in the wall. And to my surprise I went to pay for my meal but it was paid in advance. I asked the cashier who paid the 15.00. She pointed to a skirt in the corner.... And low and behold it was stalker in a sequin silver skirt.  I was blinded by the disco ball like skirt. I thought sparkle was saved for special occasion. I guess the old rules are changing to modern rules.The sparkle will catch the eye but the ugliness inside certainly wouldn't. I told the cashier to return the money and I would pay for my own meal. She refused, so I just left the money on the counter and left out! My stalker followed behind yelling and screaming "who do you think you are ?" I walked away quickly to the nearest escape route. I needed to think on what to do next.  Ahh call the police! And with their normal slow arrival, she was gone like a ghost. Just another sheet of paper wasted, the police report has been filed.

I called Mama and my girls to check their safety. And all was well on the homefront.

Well today at church there was a visitor. Yea, my stalker. I saw the huge hat she was wearing before she turned to wink.  She stood up clapping and shouting so much until all eyes were on her today. She is such an attention whore so this was all in her plan. I looked but I then looked away!  All I can do is shake my head. What should I do? Do I inform the church of what's going on? Do I just ignore her? I've contacted my detective.....

Night nurse....

She was up to her old tricks again....All I can do is just hope she gets another victim sooner than later!
I had a small gathering on July 4th so the house was buzzing. The evening set in and we all began to calm down. After a few cocktails none of us were paying attention to much of anything but a few fireworks in the back yard. My daughter which was going in and out that day had forgotten to lock the front door. I noticed there was a light on in the back room on the second floor. And to our surprise a woman dressed as a nurse was rumbling around my house! Standing there shocked I froze. As she eased her way to the door she claimed that she was sent to check on my mother. My mother isn't sick! I didn't call for a nurse and neither had any of my neighbors or guests. Of course it was none other than my stalker sending a spy, again. The nurse makes a run for it. No one can catch her as she sprints around the corner to a waiting car. The car had no tags so it maybe stolen.Again the police arrived, took a report and a copy of the video that was captured. Details to come.........

letter in a bottle....

This one is not the romantic kind either. When mama went out on the porch this morning she saw a letter in a bottle. She did listen to her gut instinct not to touch it. After the stalker and her pranks, mama decided to call 9-1-1. Guess what? To our suprise they arrived in about 5 mins. I called into my staff to let them know I wouldn't be in. My main buddie at work became frantic and thought the stalker had gotten her bull's eye. Not quite.

After the special agents came in to defuse what they thought was a bomb, it was a dud. Acutally, just a letter calling me names along with dates and times of my departures and arrivals.

 Today wasn't all loss, the new survelliance system has been completed! Many of my neighbors are on high alert and are feeling angry..... Why? A few evenings ago the stalker had a convoy of cars speeding down our block. A child almost got hit due to her silliness.  Her musical choices late in the evening leave much to be desired as well.

My stalker was spoken to firmly by the police but of course she played possum and acted unsuspecting.  But they are on to her.

Night Heat

I notice whenever it is extremely warm the stalker of mine gets out of hand with tricks. The last few days have been hot and humid. Tonight she had a young lady approach my family while we were sitting on the front porch. Her spy began to compliment my gardening skills and asking did I have a girlfriend not WIFE to help me out.  Hmmm why not my mother? She was sitting right there taking this event all in. The spy kept focusing on who is the woman in my life and why isn't she there. The spy's next set of questions were more detailed and specific. Her first mistake was mentioning a diner that I took my stalker to and actually mentioned what I ordered without asking me.

The second mistake was saying my daughter's name without us telling her who she was.

The third mistake was mentioning the fire on the back of the house. She wanted to know if my kitchen was complete.

 My mother saw her cellphone recording and asked her why was she doing that? The spy ran off into the night like a puff of smoke.

When you know what you're dealing with it's easier to find the solutions.......

Summer Heat

I have never felt so uncomfortable on a date. She was like an animal during mating season. As we sat waiting for our food, her hands began to touch my private area. I asked her to stop but she didn't.  That just added fuel to the forrest fire inside of her. When the food came she asked for TO-GO boxes. I thought the date was over. Noooooooo. She just wanted me in her car,alone. I knew in my gut I should have driven. She then asked me to get in the backseat like a teenager. I declined, she got violent and verbally abusive.......
 Let's just say it's 1am and I just got in from 8pm. I called a few people to pick me up with no such luck. A nice lady at the bar drove me home. I offered her a few bucks,she declined. She said my conversation and wit was payment enough, I made a new friend tonight.....

Just said "no"

I just got in from a date and I ended the 1st date with my typical surprise gift. She was delighted asked me in to finish the date in her what I gather, normal style..... 
I declined. I said "NO, I don't sleep around on the first date no matter what the attraction." She turned to me and stated "you're not a real man." I responded with a smirk.

I am man of morals and will not be turned into the sleeze bucket that my handsome outter appearance gives off! I can't help that women are attracted but I did determine the night's outcome.

A new normal

Now that mama is thinking of moving into a senior apartment things are changing. I'll have one less person to help out. What will I do with that extra 15 mins......

The phone has be ringing no stop! I can't take it. If it's not for my girls then it's the stalker. I refuse to give her power and change my number. What I've decided to do is like it ring.  My kitchen is almost finished after her fire bomb. But  I will NOT GIVE IN to her!

Makes sixteen 4 inch pancakes, serving 4 to 6	Remove Image
When fresh blueberries are not in season, frozen blueberries are a good alternative. To make sure that frozen berries do not bleed, rinse them under cool water in a mesh strainer until the water runs clear, then spread them on a paper towel-lined plate to dry. If you have buttermilk on hand, use 2 cups instead of the milk and lemon juice. INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon lemon juice from 1 lemon 2 cups milk 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (10 ounces) 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon table salt 1 large egg 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted and cooled slightly 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries, preferably wild, rinsed and dried
DIRECTIONS Whisk lemon juice and milk in medium bowl or large measuring cup; set aside to thicken while preparing other ingredients. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl to combine. Whisk egg and melted butter into milk until combined. Make well in center of dry ingredients in bowl; pour in milk mixture and whisk very gently until just combined (a few lumps should remain). Do not over mix. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes; add 1 teaspoon oil and brush to coat skillet bottom evenly. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto 3 spots on skillet; sprinkle 1 tablespoon blueberries over each pancake. Cook pancakes until large bubbles begin to appear, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Using thin, wide spatula, flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on second side, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer. Serve immediately, and repeat with remaining batter, using remaining vegetable oil only if necessary.

• 1 cup milk
•     Sugar or salt (either will work)
•     Baby oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil
•     Pumice stone
•     Stridex, found in the acne section of any drugstore
•     Thick moisturizer or a salicylic acid cream
•     Socks

1) Soak feet for 5-10 minutes in a warm foot bath made with 1 cup milk and 5 cups warm water.

2) Create a homemade foot scrub by putting 4 tablespoons salt or sugar in 1/2 cup oil. Baby oil, sweet almond oil or coconut oil or even vegetable oil works well.

3) Massage the homemade foot scrub in a circular motion into bottoms of feet.

4) Scrub bottoms of feet with the pumice stone. Rinse and dry feet.

5) Before you go to bed that night, t rub a Stridex pad over dry areas of feet. Stridex, a product found in the acne section of any drugstore, contains 2 percent salicylic acid so it's a great exfoliant for the feet.

6) Apply moisturizer thickly on feet (do not wash off Stridex). A super-rich moisturizer like cocoa butter, Eucerin (my favorite) or even Vaseline works best.  For even better results, apply a thin layer of ,an OTC salicylic acid, on your feet along with a dollop of Vaseline.

7) Pull on socks and keep them on throughout the night for at least 4 hours.

Prom and MOM

Ahhh just 3 more weeks until her PROM! EEEK. I remember when I brought her home. I just smile because we've grown and learned so much together. I was a loner until I met her mom. She changed so that changed me. NEVER would I imagine me being a dad.....My now ex-wife is no where to be found. I hired a private detective in 2009 but no luck.
So I am mom and dad! Happy early Mother's Day to me.

A new chapter, I've started all over again. My ex-neighbor gave me her daughter to raise. She felt she was a bad mother. All her adult life  she wanted to be a party girl. She got a chance at her dream when she met the party promoter. The only catch was she couldn't bring her only daughter along for the ride. Her mother and grandmother are now too old to raise children. I don't mind at all. I"ve know my new daughter since she was about 4. And my daughter is excited to have a little sister.

Moon dog....

I think the moon has an affect on some people. It seems whenever the moon is out..... SHE begins to stalk again.

I woke up to the sounds of barking but I don't own a dog! She was in the backyard barking and howling. I woke my daughter and told her to get dressed, thankfully mama was over her new found male companion's home. I felt an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. I was right. She threw a ball of fire through my kitchen window.

I called 9-1-1. They arrived too late to catch her but the fire was contained. Now I have no kitchen for the next few weeks.

Flower power

When I woke this morning I knew it was going to be a long day. I had gotten three calls last night around 11pm, 1am and the last around 3am. I heard a TV in the background and then a dog bark the last time.....AHHHHH she's stalking again.


I arrived at work late contemplating if I was going to go back to bed. I got in  and saw a large bunch of flowers on my desk. No it's not my birthday. The stalker sent the flowers stating she was sorry for waking me up.

I don't know what to do. Sending her to jail is a serious matter. I feel time will heal this void she has. But do I want her to do jail time? That will change the course of her life.

Please Youtube find her another lover quickly. I almost feeling making a video about this...... A plea for help. As I type the phone is ringing again.

The chaser

After I stopped taking her calls, she began to chase. When I say chase I mean, chase. The internet gave the location of where I work so it was easy  for her to find me. 5'o clock came and a cold chill took over my body. It was like none I have ever felt. So I decided to leave work a few mins later, after the door rusher, Tom. I didn't need any extra drama that day, so I thought.  My stroll to the elevator was silent. The ride was cold and uncanny.  As I hit the large door I took one long breath of the cool winter air, to feel the day's relief. As I turned to my right, and to my surprise she was glaring with a smirk as if she had won the battle.

As our eyes locked I instantly could feel she was not going to greet me as when we first met. The hairs on my neck began to stand up, first off I needed a hair cut, LOL but secondly I knew she had something planned. My feet froze, my brain told them to go left. But I just couldn't. I hailed a taxi in order to evade her drama. She followed. I had wondered if she had my home address. I called home to let mama and girls to batten down the hatches. A war was coming........

The Youtube lady and I have been chatting for about six months. She contacted me! So finally we decided to go out for a post-Valentines day dinner tonight, I had other obligations with family on Sunday. She really wanted Sunday since she was off today. But she understood I couldn't cancel on my girls.
  I arrived on-time,with flowers,candy and a gift basket. I took the time to research her channel for her favorite products. Go figure. I assumed, we both enjoyed dinner and the good conversation. I kissed her neck and told her good-night. She sent me an email stating she wanted more. She asked "what kind of man are you?" "How can you turn away from my bread-winning bootay?" I called her to say "I'm a gentleman, and I don't get down on the first night." She laughed and then hung up....
What did I do wrong?????????

Why are women.....

Why are women so catty toward each other? My daughter is in tears..... She called because a group of bully girls want her to sleep with a teacher to get them better grades.....
